Tucked along the Potomac River, Loudoun County real estate is some of the prettiest in the Washington DC area. Many of the housing developments within the county have been listed as the "Best Places to Live". Loudoun County has something for everyone. Fairfax County lies due west of Washington DC and is the heart of the

for shopping with two super malls with over 300 stores. Fairfax County is
connected to Washington DC through a series of major highways and the
Metro Rail system. Fairfax also has plenty to do besides business with
public and private golf courses, parks and recreation and access to the
arts and music at the Wolf Trap pavilion. Housing ranges from urban
condominiums homes to large executive estates.
Prince William County is the southern most county of the area and spans across the southern borders of both Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. Prince William County is one of the fastest growing counties in the area bringing the once small towns of Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow and Manassas into the metropolis of Washington DC. Prince William is home to many historic locations like the Manassas and Bristow Station battlefields and the Ben Lomond historic site. Prince William County is also home to one of the areas biggest venue for the performing arts, the Jiffy Lube Live pavilion. The eastern end of the county is bordered by the Potomac River which deep water access for boaters. Prince William County boasts a wide variety of home styles including, condos, townhouses and single family homes of all shapes and sizes. There is also a growing number of Active Adult (55+) Communities.
