The Ashburn community of Belmont Country Club is a beautiful, gated, country club community surrounding an 18-hole Arnold Palmer signature golf course. When you pass through the main gate you will immediately discover why this is one of Ashburn’s most popular communities. As you round the circle you will be struck by the majesty of the homes that line the hill overlooking the 10th fairway. To the right, a tree lined avenue leads off to the historic clubhouse and a large weeping willow tree stretches over a pond around the 10th green as if to reach for the water cascading from the fountain located within.
As you venture further you will realize that this truly is a golf course community when you see that each neighborhood within the community is named after a world famous golf course. You can live at Oakmont, Pebble Beach or Augusta right here in Virginia.
All residents are social members of the country club and have full use of the clubhouse, tennis and pool facilities of the Recreation Center. Other memberships may be purchased that include additional facilities and access to the golf course.
As you might expect from a community where all residents are members of the country club there is a magnificent clubhouse. Originally built in the late 1790’s as a manor house for Lord Fairfax, the clubhouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Residents may enjoy this beautifully restored piece of history while taking in the view as it is located at the highest point within the community.
A variety of homes types and styles can be found in Belmont including townhomes, villas, single family and estate homes.
