Brian and I had a great time at the Bluemont Fair on Sunday.   Wonderful event and great weather.  Really enjoyed seeing the Snickersville Academy (Bluemont’s first school and church—the 1825) and later used as a home of Susie Neal for 30 years. We got to talk with one of Susie Neal's grandsons who told us all about the history of the cabin and the restoration project that is underway.
